Mark has been running businesses for nearly 30 years and has been involved in property investing for 15 years initially overseas before buying his first UK Buy-to-Let in 2009 – just at the time of the world financial crash. At the time he was running another (non-property related) business with Jackie, which they decided to sell to focus full time on building a Property Investing Business.
The previous property investments had been fairly haphazard and so Mark decided that it was time to get educated and learn as much as possible about ways of making money in property – the trainings he attended opened his eyes to the vast number of ways one could profit from property. Utilising this new property knowledge, Mark and Jackie rapidly started to build their property portfolio using almost every strategy along the way; Buy-to-Let, HMOs, Lease Options, Joint Venture deals, Buy to Sell, and more. They have used them all – tried and tested, they know what works and this helped build a large portfolio in the UK. It wasn’t long before Mark was invited to join the Mentorship Team for Rich Dad Education, where he helped mentor new and existing investors but by 2012, it was time to go it alone and Mark once again joined forces with Jackie and now Peter to create Property Master Academy so that they could share the benefit of their property knowledge and education with others.
The Coaching and Mentoring programme was the first property training to be launched, designed to support and encourage other property investors so they too could seize opportunities and succeed with their property businesses and is now Property Master Academy’s flagship, award-winning course.
Jackie ‘s background is in the corporate world, having worked for Thomson Directories for nearly 15 years as Quality Control Manager prior to teaming up with Mark Lloyd in 1993. Jackie has been involved in property investing for 15 years initially by attending a seminar on overseas property in 2009, which turned out to be a big learning exercise of what not to-do – off-plan and overseas!

Together, Mark and Jackie rapidly started to build their property portfolio using all these new strategies they had learned – and have used most if not all of the known strategies (and more) which helped build a large portfolio in the UK.

Peter has worked in property for over 20 years, in most aspects of the property industry including running and estate agency and Investment Club, residential Sales & Lettings, Finance & Investment. Working through many markets, different financial and economic climates, investing himself and successfully helping like-mined investors build their wealth through property whatever the time, making it work. Sourcing 100’s of properties along the way for serious property investors he has worked with. Peter now focuses his attentions on three main businesses which emulate his passions which are clearly education, action, people and property.
As an Entrepreneur, Investor, Mentor and All-round property expert Peter combines all of his knowledge, experience, passion and drive to provide new and existing Investors everything they need to successfully invest in property. From Education, training, sourcing, management and complete port-folio building, you can get everything you need to be financially free in property if you are lucky enough to work with Peter.
Graeme started investing in property in 2001 after meeting his wife, Susannah. Fortunately, they both already owned properties with equity in them so they remortgaged one of them and used the funds to start building their portfolio.
Graeme’s first deal involved buying 6 properties off plan for a total deposit of £3,000 which he was able to remortgage on completion to leave none of his own money in the deal and these properties each give a great positive cashflow every month.
Creative strategies and favourable lending conditions enabled Graeme to quickly build a large portfolio of high yielding properties in the Central belt of Scotland which are complemented by a few properties in high capital growth areas of the South East.
In 2005, Graeme stumbled across the highly lucrative, but little known, practise of Land Assembly which delivers large lump sums of capital which enable him to continue to grow his portfolio. This is the perfect strategy to complement income generation strategies and helps the government to address the housing crisis.
He now divides his time between Land Assembly & Property Development, teaching others to do Land Assembly, running his own portfolio and spending time with his young family.
Having been in the Industry for 16 years, Graeme has experienced the ups and downs of the property market and seen others fall by the wayside. He is therefore passionate about ensuring that investors get the right advice and support so they can accelerate their journey to financial freedom.
Graeme is from Dunblane in central Scotland but now lives in Wokingham, Berkshire.
Justin is the lead mentor on PMA’s Rent to Rent Mentorship Programme
After a few years as a building contractor, Andrew Featherstone built up a residential property portfolio worth in excess of £12million from nothing over 15 years. With the office based in Dorset, the portfolio consisted mainly of flats on the South Coast, Devon, London, the Midlands, and North West.
He is a regular speaker at Property Investors meetings around the Country and writes a bi-monthly article in YPN magazine and is a respected mentor and Trainer for Property Education companies.
He has recently reduced the size of his rental portfolio (which at its peak was 155 units) in order to concentrate on Development sites and consultancy work.
His main area of expertise is Development and is PMA’s lead Mentor on our Development Mentorship
